I would like to thank Lori along with her husband and staff for helping to provide a beautiful memorial service for my Mother Faye Akridge who passed on September 3, 2021. She was so kind and thoughtful and the service was beautiful. It was like being with family.

I wanted to take the time to send you my absolute appreciation and thank yous for everything you and your team did for my Grandmother Delores. You and Jennifer were so kind through it all, and I found myself leaning on you for comfort and needing that reassurance that my Grandma was taken care of until the very last second when she was lowered to her final resting place. I am so proud and happy that my Grandma choose Kober Funeral Home and working with you was top notch. My family felt safe and secure knowing that we were being lead and guided by you. Funerals are never easy, no matter the age.... So thank you for understanding my relationship with my Grandma and letting me be present when most families leave to let you do your job. Seeing her at your funeral home the next day was something I needed... Being with you when you closed her up and “tucked her in tight as a bug in a rug”, as she used to say to my boys, was important to me. Allowing that extra time with her and at the cemetary is something I will never forget. Thank you to Jennifer and the gal at the Wake for all the interpretation they did when we needed it, but I felt I was able to communicate with you perfectly. I am going to attach the tribute I read at the Funeral about my Grandma. I wasn’t sure if Jennifer was signing it to you or not, but I wanted to share it with you. From the bottom of my heart.... A special thanks for the great service received from Kober funeral home.They make a very difficult time so much easier to cope with-showed so much compassion and could not have helped me more-they are very organized and many friends commented on how well everything went.From the start to the finish they were like a member of the family-they will be there for you.thanks again for the great service!!!
